Referral Pictures

I always wanted to write a blog. I wanted to share with my family and friends, all the wonderful things I have experienced. First I want to say , " I love being a mom"!!!!!
We have just celebrated Gotcha Day for our Scarlett Isabelle. September 13, 2006 was a beautiful day !! Words cannot express the overwhelming joy we experienced when she was placed in our arms. She is a miracle ! I want to share with you a few of our first moments and days with our Scarlett. These are our referral pictures. We got the call on a beautiful summer July 30,2006 day. It was 3:40 in the afternoon. Laurel and I drove to Pearl S. Buck International Welcome House to get the referral pictures and paperwork.  What a truly amazing moment when we first saw her pictures !
